This explains what personal data Max Walkthroughs holds, why, and what you can ask me to do about it. It's a one-person business, so the answer to most questions is "not much, and not for long."
Who I am
Max Walkthroughs is a sole operation run by Maximilian Haydutov at Rodopski izvor str. 64, Sofia 1618, Bulgaria. I make property walkthrough videos from photographs supplied by clients.

If I emailed you
I contact real estate photography studios, agents, and brokerages about my service. The details I hold are business contact details — usually a name, a business email address, a company name, and a link to the public page I found them on.
That data comes from publicly available business sources: company websites, public agent directories, and professional listings. I don't buy lists and I don't scrape personal or consumer data.
The lawful basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR — contacting a business about a service relevant to that business. If you'd rather I didn't, reply to any email and say so, or write to the address above. I'll remove you and keep a note of the address only so I don't contact it again.
If you're a client
To make a video I need the photographs you send and an email address to send the finished file back to. I may also keep basic records of what was ordered and paid.
Property photographs can contain personal data — people in frame, visible addresses, personal belongings. I process those photographs only to produce the video you asked for. I don't use them to train any AI model, I don't publish them, and I don't share them with anyone.
If I'd like to use a finished video as a portfolio example, I'll ask you first, separately.
Tools I use
Producing the video involves third-party software. Photographs and generated footage pass through:
- Higgsfield (video generation)
- Google Gemini (image work)
- CapCut (assembly and export)
- Google Drive or YouTube unlisted links (previews and delivery)
- Stripe (payments — your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach me)
Each holds data under its own terms. Email runs on Google Workspace.
How long I keep things
Client photographs and working files are deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask me to keep them for revisions. Finished videos are kept until you confirm you have the file. Business records are kept as long as Bulgarian tax law requires. Prospect contact details are deleted once it's clear there's no interest.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email me and I'll deal with it within a month — realistically much sooner, since there isn't much to look through.
If you think I've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your own national authority.
This site
This page sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The video on the home page is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which means YouTube doesn't set tracking cookies unless you press play. If you do, Google's own privacy terms apply.
